In this first week of classes, keep in mind that I’m here to help you with whatever you need.  I can help you find articles for your required reading, check to see if the library has your assigned textbooks, point you in the right direction for finding information, and much more.

Please let me know if I can help with anything–that’s what I’m here for!!  Remember, if you can’t find what you’re looking for in 20 minutes, it’s time to ask a librarian.

And don’t forget to stop by for a cup of tea and/or some homemade goodies this Wednesday afternoon from 12:30 to 2:30.  Grab some tea and a treat on your way to class or just stay for a while and relax.

Welcome new students and welcome back to all the returning UABSO students!  I hope the orientation week starts you off to a great year.  You’ll be hearing a lot this first week so if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me.  The friendly and helpful staff at Lister Hill Library are always here to do whatever we can for you–we can help you find your way around campus, get you set up with wifi, etc.  Stop by and see us!
