At Lister Hill Library, we’ve tried to make access to resources via our website as simple as possible but we know we can always improve. To do so, we need your help. We’re doing a series of web usability tests. We’ll give you 10 tasks to accomplish using the library website while we watch to see how you find the answers. (There is no right or wrong process.)
